Each daily serving of two softgels provides 2,000 mg of total Omega-3 fatty acids, including 1,250 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 500 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), sourced from sustainably harvested Norwegian anchovies, sardines, and mackerel.
