Vaporiser/burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Steam inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of blending/carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
