Water, thickeners: xylitol (25%) and xanthan gum, passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) leaf extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, melatonin, natural black currant flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Gebruik en dosering
1 spray (0.2 ml) under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake each time before use. On first use, press 3–4 times to activate the pump.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. Consumption in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect. A beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed. Not recommended for children, during pregnancy or lactation.
