100% Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil
Gebruik en dosering
Verdamper/brander: Doe 6 tot 8 druppels etherische olie in een verdamper of geurbrander.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Bath: Voeg 4 tot 6 druppels etherische olie toe aan 20 ml dragerolie en roer dit door het water.
