Ingrediënten
100% Chamomilla recutita (chamomile) oil. Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene & Linalool.
Gebruik en dosering
Vaporiser/Diffuser: Doe 6 tot 8 druppels etherische olie in een verdamper of geurbrander.
Inademing: Doe 3 tot 5 druppels etherische olie in een kom met zeer heet water en adem de dampen 5 tot 10 minuten in. (Inhalatie alleen voor kinderen ouder dan 10 jaar.)
Massage blend: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil.
Bath blend: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
