The 30 ml bottle provides generous volume for use across a variety of applications, including diffusion, steam inhalation, massage blends and aromatic baths.

100% cardamom seed oil ( elettaria cardamomum ) — ethically harvested cardamom. naturally occurring allergens: citral, geraniol, limonene and linalool.
Gebruik en dosering
Vaporizer/diffuser: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner. Inademing: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water; inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years of age). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; mix into water.
