Swanson Femflora is a multi-strain probiotic supplement formulated with seven distinct Lactobacillus en Lactococcus strains, delivering a total of 9.8 billion CFU per capsule.
Each capsule provides a blend of seven bacterial strains — Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactococcus lactis, en Lactobacillus plantarum — for a total of 9.8 billion CFU, taken daily with food.
Swanson Femflora comes in a 60-capsule pack, providing up to a 60-day supply at the standard one-capsule-per-day serving. Refrigeration is recommended. Please note that the capsule shell formulation may vary between batches; older stock uses a gelatin capsule, while the current formula uses a vegan hypromellose capsule.
