Take 1.5 scoops (8 g) per day. Mix in 200–250 ml of juice, plant-based drink or water — do not use hot water. Can also be added to yoghurt, oatmeal, muesli or salads. Use the scoop included in the packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
