Osavi B-Complex with Choline & Inositol delivers a comprehensive blend of all eight essential B vitamins alongside choline (as VitaCholine®) and inositol in a single convenient vegan capsule. Each nutrient has been carefully selected to support the body’s everyday demands, with B vitamins contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The formula uses high-quality, bioavailable forms of each B vitamin — including methylcobalamin for B12, calcium-L-methylfolate for folate, and pyridoxine hydrochloride for B6 — ensuring efficient absorption. VitaCholine® is a premium, globally recognised choline source, complemented by inositol to round out this well-balanced complex.
