MARINEX BioMarine Medical Immuno & Neuro Lipids is a premium-quality liquid fish oil complex, carefully formulated from a blend of deep-sea shark liver oil and sustainably sourced marine fish oils. Each serving delivers a rich and diverse spectrum of marine lipids — including long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (DHA, EPA and DPA), alkylglycerols, squalene, and naturally occurring vitamins A and D3 — in a highly concentrated and readily absorbable liquid form.
The formulation combines four distinct trademarked marine oil fractions: BioMarine®, BioCardine®Omega-3, BioNeuro®Omega-3, and OLAVA® Cod Liver Oil. This multi-source approach provides a uniquely broad fatty acid profile, including omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids such as nervonic acid and gondoic acid.
Presented in a natural berry flavour, the oil can be taken directly or mixed with natural fruit juice for ease of use. The flexible dosing protocol — based on body weight — makes this product suitable for both adults and children over 10 kg, under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Mixed tocopherols (vitamin E, E306) are included as a natural antioxidant to protect the oil’s quality and freshness. The recommended daily intake provides 250 mg of DHA and 250 mg of EPA.

Ingrediënten
BioMarine® – leverolie van diepzeehaaien; BioCardine®Omega-3 – spierolie van sardines, ansjovis en makreel; BioNeuro®Omega-3 – visolie uit de spierweefsels van ansjovis, haring en tonijnsoorten; OLAVA® levertraan – levertraan van Alaska-kabeljauw. Overige ingrediënten: smaakstoffen – natuurlijke bessensmaak, antioxidanten – gemengde tocoferolen (E306).
Gebruik en dosering
According to the body’s needs: 0.1–1.2 ml of oil per kg of body weight per day. The product is intended for adults and children weighing more than 10 kg. Divide the daily amount into portions not exceeding 15 ml, taken 15–20 minutes before meals at equal intervals throughout the day. The daily dose may be divided into 2–3 portions. Hold the oil in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. The oil may be mixed with natural fruit juice (e.g. cherry or raspberry); do not mix with citrus juices. Use as directed by a doctor or nutritionist.
