Ingrediënten
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, popping candy (sugar, glucose syrup, lactose [from milk], carbon dioxide, cocoa butter), lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, linalool.
Gebruik en dosering
Bath: Voeg per bad 250 g magnesiumvlokken (ongeveer 2 kopjes) toe. Ga lekker achterover liggen en ontspan je 20 minuten lang. Verhoog de hoeveelheid voor een intensievere ervaring.
Voetbad: Voeg 150 g magnesiumvlokken (ongeveer 1 kopje) toe aan ongeveer 5 liter water, genoeg om je voeten onder te dompelen. Ga zitten en ontspan je 20 minuten lang.
