Kenay FOLATE 5-MTHF features Quatrefolic®, a premium form of folate delivering (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid — the biologically active form that the body can utilise directly. Each capsule provides 400 mcg of folic acid, equivalent to 200% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Folate also contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Presented in a vegan-friendly HPMC capsule, this product is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. The pack contains 60 capsules, providing a two-month supply at one capsule per day.
